      <a href="http://www.pitneybowes.com">  Pitney Bowes</a> Conquest Packing System to meet the requirements of the Allegiance
      Replenishment 2000 supply chain initiative.  The scanners that came with the system did not extract the Product Lot Number information from their UCC-128 bar codes.
      Rüsch told us that their PB reps said the scanner could not do it. Rüsch
      called us.  We programmed the scanner to do the job.  We delivered the programming along with a self-contained validation protocol for the scanner programming complete with test conditions, standards and procedure. Our experience with healthcare and FDA-regulated environments shows.
      Rüsch and Pitney Bowes were able to avoid additional costs such as additional software and or replacement of the scanners..</font></td>
